Service Description
Schedule a consultation with our experts to learn more about our merchandise offerings specifically tailored for your needs. For original art custom orders (you require custom art or edited current BBITL art available) an initial $50 is charged for art design and sample of your custom order. Art preview is shared digitally within 6-10 business days. Upon art approval, sample is delivered in 7-10 business days. $5 fee per custom item when submitting your own design to add to current art design (for example, a school logo or school mascot). Please note: BBITL owns all creative licenses and creator art rights for content created by BBITL. BBITL retains all rights to custom products with BBITL content.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, contact us via email and/or by phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled day. Refunds are issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled day.
