BBITL October Choice Board

The BBITL October Choice Board for 2025 is ready and up in the shop, and I am very happy to share it with you.

What's included:

• A "Think before you post" mini poster for Digital Citizenship Week, Oct 20-24th.

• A "My Digital Footprint" handout for students. A good activity to have after a lesson on online safety.

• The "Be a Book Influencer!" activity from my book, Book Bee in the Library Mini Lessons (available on Amazon). A way to get students to give book talks and get excited about reading.

• "If you liked...Dog Man" bookmarks. Colorful bookmarks with a suggested reading list for readers who enjoy the Dog Man series by Dav Pilkey.

• Decorate your own Day of the Dead altar to honor your departed loved ones. The activity includes a template and images to cut and paste. I've included a photo of what the altar looks like once the given images are added to the tempate. A thoughtful activity that teaches about culture by participation.

• Library Centers, as promised!

  • Bookmark coloring station with a variety of bookmarks..

  • Jigsaw puzzle station with puzzles for different levels.

  • Book Making station (includes 3 templates and QR codes to the tutorial videos on our new YouTube channel).

  • Book Buddy station.

  • Tangram station, with template and challenge cards.
